  5. Re: Tommy Burns Tribute Kits

What an amazing tribute to a magnificant Scot.

I hope that when we travel to South Africa in 2010, to support whatever team, we see young people enjoying their football and looking all the better for the good work you guys do.

  6. I have just read about your shipment to Burundi.

Having worked in Burundi with the UN several years ago I can appreciate just how vital small but nontheless valuable aid, from charities like your own, can help to improve the lives of children.

My only concern is that people do not give you and charities like yours enough praise for your efforts. I for one know what a tremendous contributions you can and do make.

    Well done Glasgow Caring City

  7. The music is great! Hope your special project "Matthew's Farm" is a huge success. We'll try our best over in N.I. to get plenty of sponsorship.

  8. I met some of your guys in Cape Town last Summer.

You guys do great work and I wish I had people like you here in Cape Town to give me a volunteering job.

Well done. Who knows maybe I will see your blokes again.

Jons Rudd, Cape Town. South Africa.

  9. Dear Claire

This music haunts me with your beautiful voice. We lost our dear son in Afghanistan in March 2007 he was a Royal Marine Commando and what you are all doing to help anyone linked to the forces is wonderful. I will be recommending this CD to everyone I know. If my son was alive he would love this music and now it reminds me of him and all other lads that have lost their lives fighting for this country.

Bless you Claire and I wish you every success.

    Warmest wishes

    Liz Reddy (One proud Mum)

  12. Hi Tommy

    Thanks for your comments.

Angels has been re-released as a complement to Blair Douglas and Claire Philip's new CD Red Red Rose. There are however only a few copies left and once they are gone... they are gone, so be quick to buy.

The Tam Cowan Bling Ring was a shock to us but nevertheless we welcome all donations no matter how weird and wonderful.

  13. Aw...at last Angels has returned from the Ashes.

Well done on the re-release and also playing the song over your website. I was trying to explain to my brother in Singapore just how wee Blair had blended Angels together... You saved me a stamp, now he can listen online.

RE: Steven Purcell and the 'bling ring', make sure you get your money from Tam Cowan now!!

    Keep da baw low.....Tommy

  14. Gill,

The first song playing is Red Red Rose by Claire Philip.

The second song, which is the update Afro-Celtic piece is called Mandelas Welcome to Glasgow by Blair Douglas. Blair's work is easily found on the internet for purchase.

There is a bonus track on the charity cd single by Blair Called Skye at Last which is equally as good.

    Ross

  15. I pop on to your website for a catch up of what you guys have been doing.... that music playing over the site, is that Claire Philip, Red Red Rose?

  16. Great new site. lots of feature and looking forward to more project info as its comes.
