Our philosophy is to support locally lead initiatives where and when possible and to empower local people with the options of choice, design, delivery and governance at all times. Our charity has a vision of support, opposed to a desire to manage and this support can be witnessed in all our projects around the world.

At the forefront of our approaches to support, is a focus on sustainability. Creating sustainable development is essential for lasting and positive change.
